Do you deliver to areas outside of the Wellington region?
Not yet but please get in touch if you live just outside of Wellington for example the Wairarapa and we can make an arrangement.
How do I order?
Simple, just click on the RENT NOW button on our website and it will take you to our orders page. Fill out your details including payment and your Bison Boxes will be on their way.
How do I label the contents of the boxes?
We provide FREE adhesive labels that you can use to label the contents of each box and which room it’s going to, stick on the Bison Box and remove the labels from the boxes after you have unpacked.
What if I need more bison boxes?
Apart from the small, medium and large house bundles you can order extra boxes. However, an additional delivery fee of $30 will be charged.
Can I extend my hire period?
Not a problem! Just get in touch and we can arrange a new pickup date for you. Please allow at least 48 hours to notify us of any changes. Refer to our pricing page to view the charges for extending your Bison Box hire.
What happens if we lose or break a Bison Box or Bison Wheels?
We do charge a fee for breakages or non returns of our Bison Boxes and that cost is $25 per box and $50 for the Bison Wheels.
Is Bison Box a moving company?
We are not a moving company but we hire out reusable, moving boxes that are strong, sustainable and simple to use making your move an easy one!

How much does delivery cost?
We charge a small delivery fee of $30.00 for both delivery and pick up.
Do I need to be home for the delivery and pick up?
No you don’t. If you are not going to be at home for delivery or pickup just let us know where you would like us to leave them or where to collect them from.
How do I secure the Bison Boxes?
We provide FREE cable ties you can use to secure the Bison Boxes to give you peace of mind that your belongings will be safe on their journey.
What if I finish unpacking sooner?
Just give us a call we will arrange to collect the Bison Boxes sooner but we don’t refund for this. We need 48 hours notice to schedule the pick up.
Can I collect the Bison Boxes myself?
For commercial orders over 80 boxes we can arrange for you to collect and return the Bison Boxes to our central Wellington depot.
Do I have to clean the Bison Boxes after our move?
We do ask that if you have any spillages or breakages inside our Bison Boxes please ensure you wipe them out and remove any rubbish. We sanitise and clean all our boxes after we pick them up using biodegradable disinfectant.
