Our Prices

Our hourly rate is $60.00* with a minimum of a one hour booking.


For larger jobs that will take a number of hours (eg, decluttering and downsizing) we offer an introductory 5 hour package for $250.00*.


Additional blocks of time can be purchased at our usual rate if needed. Alternatively, if you have a special project, we can discuss your requirements and provide you with an estimate (e.g. moving house, renovation, special event - birthday, anniversary, book launch). 


Once the project has begun we will track and keep you informed of actual costs against the estimate.


  • Travel time and distance are in addition to time spent completing tasks.  

  • Distance is charged at IRD rates.

  • Direct costs for purchases (e.g. presents, flowers, deposits, etc) will need to be paid to TaskMasters prior to incurring them. 

  • We will let you know these costs beforehand.

How We Work

You can buy our services by the hour if you have a one-off request or a few small jobs.  Alternatively you can pre-purchase blocks of time that suit you (e.g. 5 or 10 hours) which can be used over a period of time.  We will update you regularly with how we have spent our time completing your jobs and send a reminder when there's one hour left.


Gift Vouchers are also available. The perfect gift for that busy person in your life, new parents, friends or family recovering from medical treatment or elderly parents when you can't be there to help.
